 Greetings new Friends! My name is Dr. Jill Eversman and I’m the proud, new owner and Medical Director of Edina Pet Hospital. I have been practicing veterinary medicine for nearly 17 years. I graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine in 1994. I then completed a rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery in California. I practiced in California for many years and became Board Certified by the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners in Canine and Feline Practice in 2000. I have special interests in geriatric patients, oncology, and dentistry.
I may be new to the hospital, but I’m not new to Minnesota. I grew up near St. Cloud, Minnesota and attended the College of Saint Benedict for my undergraduate studies. I’m happy to move back to Minnesota with my family. I look forward to meeting all of you and your furry friends, whether you're longtime patrons or new to Edina Pet Hospital. I plan to continue the high level of patient care and compassion that’s distinguished Edina Pet Hospital for more than 50 years!  Dr. Roxanne Mahan graduated in June of 1993 from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine. During her senior year, she developed an affinity for internal medicine and was awarded the Minneapolis Kennel Club Senior Companion Animal Award.
Dr. Mahan's experience and interest spans both the regular practice field and the internal medicine / emergency medicine fields. Her skills include upper level diagnostics using ultrasound and endoscopy. She enjoys managing chronic medicine and geriatric cases and her work with critically ill and injured patients provides for a deep understanding of the human-animal bond. She practices with the best interests of the family in mind.
Dr. Mahan started at the Edina Pet Hospital in March of 2008. She resides in Edina with her three active children. She loves to practice martial arts, run, read and relax on the beach. |
